Publicly available building-permit records published by Arizona cities and counties. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with any government agency.

How fresh are the leads?

Permits typically reach you the morning after they are issued.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled any time. Refund policy: you can request a full refund of your first charge within 7 days of that charge.

How long does the Founder price last?

Founder pricing is open to new sign-ups through March 31, 2027. If you join in that window, your Founder rate is locked in and never goes up while you stay subscribed. If you cancel, any new subscription later is at the regular price then in effect.

What does Multi-state include?

Multi-state covers as many as three states of your choosing.
